Olympia Construction is a general contractor based in Olympia, Washington.

We’re based in Olympia because we love Olympia. We care about building forward thinking, sustainable projects that enhance our town one home or business at a time.
We love our community, and it is our long term goal to make sure that we’re doing our part in keeping Olympia beautiful and maintaining the quality of life in the region.

Olympia Construction remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition, at their suggestion, we also removed some internal walls which transformed the 1960s era home into a contemporary waterfront residence. In addition to being pleased with the outcome, Olympic made the process about as painless as this kind of experience can be. They were well-organized, very clean and the team was highly skilled (and good company). We felt very comfortable with them in our home!

They installed our solar system we purchased at Costco. Even though they had never done this type of install, they researched it so the install would be secure. They were professional, prompt and did a great job and cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend them.

We obtained 6 bids to re-roof our 1961 Rambler. Olympia Construction wasn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive, but their bid was detailed and included a fair price for the amount of work and materials required. Patrick answered all of our questions before we signed a contract. Our roof was replaced with a combination of Certainteed Landmark shingles and TPO in a low-slope section. They also installed several soffit vents, Velux Sun Tunnels, and replaced 3 skylight covers. We have a large roof and the job took 5 days. The hardworking crew always arrived and departed on time, maintained a clean work site, and the foreman was accessible to answer questions and respond to requests. They also agreed to demo and haul away our old gutters at no additional cost.

We are really happy with the outcome. Olympia Construction performed a quality job and I recommend you contact them if you need a new roof.

We hired Olympia Construction to remodel our master bath. We are very happy with the results. Mike worked very well with the interior designer to help us come up with plans that satisfied our needs but stayed within our budget. As with any remodel, unforeseen problems arise, and Mike and his craftsmen worked quickly to resolve those problems. Olympia Construction’s carpenters were thorough and careful in their work. They took pains to minimize dust and dirt and cleaned up at the end of each shift.
We are very pleased with our new master bathroom. We are so pleased that we have hired Olympia Construction to do a major remodel of our Kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms.
